Beautiful campground and fantastic falls. I’ll attach pics when I have a better signal. Drove for almost 9 hrs today. Glad the hwy was open as driving along the coast of Lake Superior ,or Gitchee Goomee (sp) , as Gordon Lightfoot made famous, is a highlight and a must do in one’s lifetime. Especially an early morning drive when there is fog. Very Canadian and very wild.
Also passed the Chippewa river. Very nice
Had burgers and eggs for dinner ( cooked by campsite) and 2 beer. Mmmm.
Tomorrow I’ll stay at rushing river.
